If you’re not “remixed out” after The Silence, check out these two new remixes by Itay Mesh! They’re available for free download for one week only.

If you like these, please let me know! I’ve got a few more to share with you if you’re interested.

tricky indeed, I was really struggling with that part (: after many variations, icluding one that had the same chord change, I left it more simple that sounded more “popish” to me.

Yeah, the chord changes in that section are tricky. It’s a standard jazz turnaround, but it wouldn’t be part of my vocabulary if I hadn’t studied improvisation.

The remix of “Extroverts” is really neat. Interestingly, however, both this remix and the otherwise awesome Rename 7″ Introversion mix on The Silence fall completely flat at “Maybe someday this will …”, which in the original is my favourite section hands down. I like both remixes anyway, because the rest of them are great. Still, you (or I should probably say, future remixers of “Extroverts”) might want to take a bit more care with that section.

As for the remix of “Living …”, it’s just incredibly cute. :)

Cool sounds and voice.
I’d maybe add less reverb on your voice or a different kind so that it is more upfront.
I like your own track best (the first one)
